Having been in the heart of the pitch process for over 30 years – both client and agency side – Kate’s in a good position to do just that. And her theory is that, despite the huge changes within marketing departments and the rise of in-housing, there are two specific areas where clients really need agencies, but don’t set them up in the best way to succeed.
