In ‘What I Wish I Knew’, we ask leaders across MSQ to pick a lesson they’ve learnt during their career that would have made a real difference if they’d known it when first starting out.
It could be a piece of general career advice or a helpful tip related to a specific part of their day job.
Our latest episode features The Gate’s Chief Strategy Officer Kit Altin. Kit’s varied career path has seen her work as the Marketing Manager of the National Theatre, a Brand Consultant at Interbrand, a set designer, a journalist and a copywriter.
After 8 years at Leo Burnett, where she co-founded social good agency Change, Kit joined The Gate as CSO in May 2017. She’s also a Creative Masterclass Teacher at D&AD and a Mentor at Bloom.
