MSQ hires former LADbible Data Chief Anna-Lee Bridgstock to bolster Data and Analytics capabilities

We’re delighted to announce the appointment of ex- LADbible Group Director of Data, Intelligence and Planning, Anna-Lee Bridgstock, to the newly created role of Partner of Analytics & Insight.

In the role, Bridgstock will help scale our MSQ Data offer, developing new data and analytics products and driving new insights, CX, creative, data and tech-led opportunities for clients.

Her arrival continues our commitment to making data-driven marketing and effectiveness a key priority across the group, and Bridgstock will work particularly closely with our specialist research and insight business Freemavens, where she will join the agency’s Executive Board.

Most recently a Social Data & Insights Consultant for BBC Studios, Bridgstock has formed and led data teams for some of the world’s leading marketing, media and tech businesses. She began her career in Sydney, developing insights at Interpublic Group and Microsoft, before joining MediaCom in Germany as the Data & Insights Global Associate Director on the agency’s Volkswagen account.

In 2016 Bridgstock was named MediaCom’s Global Product Director, before joining Wunderman Thompson as Digital Performance Partner in London. After 3 years she joined LADbible Group, one of the world’s biggest social publishers, to set up and lead the company’s new hybrid data and planning team, bringing together data, paid media and commercial strategy under one roof.

While at LADbible Group, Bridgstock was named one of the Top 100 most influential people in data by DataIQ, and one of the Top 20 Women in Data & Technology. She has spoken at Cannes Lions and the Edinburgh TV Festival, and has been a judge at the Campaign Mediaweek, DataIQ and M&M Global Festival of Media awards.

Bridgstock says: “MSQ represents an agency group of the future, with an innovative team of data and insight specialists covering all aspects of the customer journey. Through brilliant thinkers and cutting-edge tools, coupled with Freemavens’ ability to overlay a human lens to innovative data and tech solutions, it’s an enticing proposition that I can’t wait to help evolve further.”

Bart Michels, Executive Director of MSQ, says: “Anna-Lee has a great pedigree in data-driven insight, analytics and marketing and we’re delighted to bring her cutting-edge thinking to the group. MSQ is ripe for growth in driving market-leading data and insight opportunities for clients, and Anna-Lee will play a key role in helping us do just that. Her appointment is yet another example of MSQ attracting the best and brightest talent, who understand that a more hands-on, client-centric and joined-up model is the right approach to help brands get closer to their customers.”
