MSQ announces formal partnership with Salesforce implementation consultancy Westbrook International

  • New deal will allow MSQ clients to benefit directly from Westbrook’s two decades’ experience in driving Salesforce innovation
  • Westbrook adds to MSQ’s growing data and tech consulting offer, which already includes MSQ Data, MSQ Studios and MMT Consulting

We’re delighted to have agreed a formal partnership with Westbrook International to deliver best-in-class technology solutions that can help clients maximise the use of Salesforce to get closer to their customers.

Together Westbrook and MSQ will deliver a powerful combination of creative and tech capabilities for clients, helping them adopt best-in-class customer platforms, such as Salesforce Customer 360, which will provide marketers with superior customer experiences and lower cost acquisition with higher customer engagement, retention and loyalty.

Westbrook has been a leading partner to Salesforce for 18 years, with renowned technical capabilities operating across multiple verticals and geographies. Salesforce Ventures is an investor in Westbrook and has a seat on the board.

At MSQ we’ve been providing joined-up creative, data and tech capabilities for global brands for over a decade, working with clients such as Unilever, Vodafone, Emirates and AXA Investment Managers. Our data capability, MSQ Data, has more than 60 specialists working across 3 continents, whilst our tech consultancy capabilities, delivered through MMT’s Consulting division, helps clients align their digital vision, strategy and delivery using industry-leading frameworks.
