Behind the scenes: How MSQ acquired Be Heard during lockdown

Acquiring a business isn’t exactly easy at any point in time, let alone during lockdown. But that’s what we did earlier this year, when bringing in Be Heard Partnership into the fold.

So what challenges did we have to face? How did lockdown change things? And what was it about the Be Heard offer and what it would mean for MSQ going forward that meant we wouldn’t let such an unprecedented scenario get in the way?
